Quaker Village Closing In
September
There have and are going to be a few changes here at the
Mad Platter. First, at the end of September the
Quaker
Village studio will be closing. Due
to the uncertainty of that shopping center I have chosen
to consolidate everything back over to the Battleground
studio. By combining things everyone will have a much
larger and more complete selection of pieces to choose
from. Those of you who have painted at the
Quaker
Village location I hope will visit
the Battleground studio for the upcoming holiday season.
Battleground is a much larger and brighter location with
a party room and caters much better to larger groups. If
you have painted at the Quaker
Village studio recently have no fear
your pieces are still here. If you have any pieces that
are ready for pick up please come pick them up before
the end of the month. If
they are not picked up they will be moved carefully to
the Battleground location for pick up and held for 60
days.
Secondly, I am now the sole owner of the Mad Platter! I
will now be implementing several new and exciting
additions to the studio! I am currently working on
putting together a Kids Clay classes and adult classes
that will begin in October. If you haven’t been by the
studio in a while it is fully decorated for Halloween
and stocked with festive pieces! If you are looking for
some spooky projects come on over and paint a cool
jack-o-lantern, ghost bank, or skeleton mug!
Thanksgiving and Christmas will be here before you know
it! Get your special gifts made today! There are large
platters in that are perfect for hand and foot prints.
The Mad Platter staff is here if you need help with
ideas or creating your piece. We are pros at capturing
those perfect little hands and feet on a piece that will
last forever!
